We are looking for a partner in the ownership of the boat to finance the finishing of the refit as mentioned earlier.
For example, you take a 33% share in the ownership and therefore have possession of the boat for four months a year.
We  will perform and finance the above-mentioned refit, which need off course specification, with part of the monies received from the partnership.
The value of the boat will be established included the above-mentioned refits and supplements. The boat was valuated 1.200.000 euros in 2007.
A partner is able to secure a mortgage on the boat for his total share.
